Wanna set some dates for your health?
Today I’d like to share a real sweet tip with you. (pun intended) After recently discovering some issues my husband has with metabolizing sugar, I started looking for alternative sweeteners. And I found something so yummy delicious I had to share it with you. Maybe you already know about dates. But have you considered dates for your health?
Here are 3 reasons to love dates:
- They’re higher in potassium than bananas…and that helps regulate sodium to keep your blood pressure in check
- They’re full of minerals, amino acids, and essential fatty acids…providing a wide range of healthy benefits
